Aragon Consulting Services Limited, established in 2001 is based in the North West of England with clients through the country and the Isle of Man. David Hewitt is the Managing Director, previously employed as Quality Director within the Aerospace industry. With experience in Quality, Health & Safety and Risk Management, he has travelled extensively throughout the world to focus on supplier development and customer relationships.

Aragon offers a toolbox of services designed to put the “common sense” back into business processes. The philosophy behind our approach will always focus on high levels of customer satisfaction and business excellence and less red tape.

The two main strands of our approach to effective business improvement are:-

a) Detailed mapping of the company business processes to recommend the introduction or the review/modification of existing processes and standard operating procedures.

b) A detailed “Gap Analysis” to achieve accreditation to internationally recognised frameworks such as ISO9001 / AS9100 and Investors in People. This task will involve members of the business and hands on workshops and generate a report that will define the necessary actions required to achieve compliance to the framework.
