The scope of hotel assessments covers the lifecycle of activity from the booking system to departure plus all procedures in between. The aim of such assessments is to improve hotel standards / training / increase guest retention rates and improve customer satisfaction.
The report you receive will include a clear list of actions and recommendations will be defined. We will work closely with the hotel management not only to design the audit plan but also to implement corrective and preventive actions.
