Aragon Consulting Services, established in 2001 is based in the North West of England with clients throughout the country and the Isle of Man. David Hewitt is the Managing Director, previously employed as Quality Director within the Aerospace industry, with experience in Quality Management Systems, Health & Safety, Project and Risk Management, he has travelled extensively throughout the world to focus on quality management, supplier development and customer relationships.

The two main strands of our approach to effective business improvement are:-
a) Detailed mapping of the company business processes to recommend the introduction or the review/modification of existing processes and standard operating procedures.
b) A detailed “Gap Analysis” to achieve accreditation to internationally recognised frameworks such as ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / AS9100. This task will involve members of the business and hands on workshops to generate action necessary to achieve compliance to the framework.
